At Alinhub, we take pride in the quality of our premium apparel. Because we believe in total transparency, we have designed a return policy that allows you to verify your purchase the moment it arrives.
1. The "Instant-Check" Requirement
To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order, we require all customers to inspect their items immediately upon delivery.
While the delivery agent is present, please check the size, color, fabric quality, and condition of the garment.
If there is any discrepancy or damage, you may hand the item back to the agent immediately.
2. Same-Day Return Window
Our return policy is strictly valid for the day of delivery only.
Deadline: Any request for a return or exchange must be initiated and finalized on the same day the package is marked as delivered.
Post-Delivery: We are unable to accept return or exchange requests made once the delivery date has passed.
3. Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted within the same-day window, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
There must be no fragrance, makeup stains, or signs of wear on the garment.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items reported after the day of delivery.
Items that have been washed, used, or altered in any way.
Discounted or "Final Sale" items (unless otherwise stated).
5. How to Initiate a Return
If you discover an issue during your instant inspection or later that same day, please:
Contact our support team immediately at support@alinhub.com.
Provide your Order Number and a clear reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the instant return process.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative within 5-7 business days.
